The retirement “industry” is full of hard-working visionaries that have spent their careers helping others get to – and through – retirement.  But what happens when those individuals get to that point in their life?  How do they know when it’s “time” – and how does the reality match their pre-retirement sense of what retirement is “supposed” to be?  (How) do they stay connected and/or find purpose in this next stage of life – and what were the unexpected “hurdles”, if any?
